Counselor/Social Worker
Under supervision of the Clinical Director, the Counselor/Social Worker provides a range of psychological assessments, diagnostic, therapeutic, and/or case management services for children and women who have been victims/witnesses of domestic violence/sexual assault, as well as therapeutic support and facilitation for groups and/or families. The Counselor/Social Worker may provide practical training and guidance to graduate student interns and/or paraprofessional staff, as required.

Client/Legal Advocate
Under supervision of the Case Manager Supervisor, the Client/Legal Advocate provides comprehensive case management for adult, adolescent, and child survivors of domestic violence (DV) and their families – to help improve their quality of life and shape an affirming space in which they feel self-empowered to address and process their DV situation. The Client/Legal Advocate serves a crucial role for DV survivors as they work to heal from and/or move beyond their DV situation by supporting the achievement of their self-directed service plan goals.

Director of Finance
The Director of Finance is responsible for maximizing the return on financial assets by assisting the Executive Director and Board of Directors to develop financial policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems. As a member of Enlace’s Leadership Team, this position ensures legal and regulatory compliance for all accounting and financial reporting functions. The Director of Finance also oversees cost and general accounting, accounts and grants receivable/collection, payroll, and risk management. In addition, this position oversees the Staff Accountant(s) & Human Resources Associate and the Office & Facilities Administrator.
