Our team is growing and we’re currently looking to fill the following positions:
Under supervision of the Clinical Director, the Licensed Therapist provides a range of psychological assessments, diagnostic, therapeutic, and/or case management services for children and women who have been victims/witnesses of domestic violence/sexual assault, as well as therapeutic support and facilitation for groups and/or families. The Licensed Therapist may provide practical training and guidance to graduate student interns and/or paraprofessional staff, as required.
Under supervision of the Client Advocate Supervisor, the Client Advocate provides comprehensive case management for adult, adolescent, and child survivors of domestic violence (DV) and their families – to help improve their quality of life and shape an affirming space in which they feel self-empowered to address and process their DV situation. The Client Advocate serves a crucial role for DV survivors as they work to heal from and/or move beyond their DV situation by supporting the achievement of their self-directed service plan goals.
Under direction from the Legal Director, the Staff Attorney prepares legal research, gives legal advice, provides legal and policy analysis of case-related issues, and participates in Continuing Legal Education training.
Crisis Intervention Specialist
The Crisis Intervention Specialist is one of the first Enlace staff members with whom
clients engage—and is a key figure in welcoming and answering questions posed by existing or
prospective clients. Under the supervision of the Client Advocate Supervisor, the Crisis Intervention Specialist performs a variety of office support and/or secretarial duties through a client-centered lens.
The Staff Accountant will work directly under and be supervised by the Senior Staff Accountant & HR Associate. The Staff Accountant will assist in reconciling various accounts on a monthly basis as instructed by the Senior Staff Accountant & HR Associate. The Staff Accountant will also prepare journal entries, assist with payroll, billing, and accounts payable and other accounting/finance duties as assigned by the Senior Staff Accountant & HR Associate. Enlace receives grants from various local, state, and federal sources, so experience with fund accounting, grants management, and fund accounting software is a plus.
Partner Post – UNIDOS for Stronger Community
UNIDOS for Stronger Community (UNIDOS) is a network of community members, organizations and institutions working in the South Valley and Westgate areas of Bernalillo County working to increase equitable access to community resources in the South Valley and Westgate communities with an intention to decrease the adverse social determinants of health (SDoH), particularly the reduction of Intimate Partner Violence (IPV). The relationship between Rio Grande Community Development Corporation (the backbone organization for UNIDOS) and the successful offeror will be that of an independent contractor.
