Compensation Range: $82,800-$96,000 (depending on experience) + Competitive Employee Benefits.
Position Summary
Under the direction of the Executive Director, the Staff Attorney provides legal representation to victims of domestic violence (DV), prepares legal research, gives legal advice, provides legal and policy analyses of case-related issues, and participates in Continuing Legal Education training. Early Childhood Life Skills Specialist

Grade: 6
Compensation Range: $24.00-$27.50/hr (depending on experience)
Position Summary
Under the supervision of Enlace Comunitario’s (EC) Associate Director of Clinical Services, the Early Childhood Life Skills Specialist (Specialist) provides behavioral health/ management support services to children and youth through one-on-one appointments or in group contexts. The Specialist may also perform select administrative support duties. The Specialist will work closely with EC’s clinical and case management teams. Must be available to work some evening hours. Client Housing Advocate

Compensation Range: $24.00- $27.50/hr. (depending on relevant experience)
Position Summary
Under the supervision of the Associate Director of Client Services, the Client Housing Advocate provides survivor-centered, trauma-informed case management, crisis intervention, and housing advocacy for adult, adolescent, and child survivors of domestic violence and their families. The Advocate helps eligible clients access emergency shelter and community resources; secure and maintain safe, stable housing; develop self-directed service and housing stability plans; and navigate legal, immigration, educational, employment, financial, and mental health supports. The role also assesses program eligibility, coordinates and monitors services, documents client
progress, and collaborates with internal teams and community partners to support each survivor’s safety, healing, self-sufficiency, and long-term stability. Click here.
