Our team is growing and we’re currently looking to fill the following positions:
Under supervision of the Clinical Director, the Licensed Therapist provides a range of psychological assessments, diagnostic, therapeutic, and/or case management services for children and women who have been victims/witnesses of domestic violence/sexual assault, as well as therapeutic support and facilitation for groups and/or families. The Licensed Therapist may provide practical training and guidance to graduate student interns and/or paraprofessional staff, as required.
The Clinical Director directs and supervises Enlace Comunitario therapists, provides a range of psychological assessment, diagnostic, therapeutic, and/or case management-related services for children, adults, groups, and/or families, as appropriate to the specific expectations of the position. The Clinical Director provides leadership to the client advocate department and the clinical/therapy department. The Clinical Director may provide practical training and guidance to professional interns and/or paraprofessional staff, as required.
Under supervision of the Client Advocate Supervisor, the Client Advocate provides comprehensive case management for adult, adolescent, and child survivors of domestic violence (DV) and their families – to help improve their quality of life and shape an affirming space in which they feel self-empowered to address and process their DV situation. The Client Advocate serves a crucial role for DV survivors as they work to heal from and/or move beyond their DV situation by supporting the achievement of their self-directed service plan goals.
Under direction from the Legal Director, the Staff Attorney prepares legal research, gives legal advice, provides legal and policy analysis of case-related issues, and participates in Continuing Legal Education training.
Under supervision of the Legal Director, the Paralegal will assist in coordinating Enlace Comunitario Legal Department’s case load, will be involved in all phases of supporting the department, and will be responsible for select components of all of EC’s legal cases including but not limited to civil domestic violence proceedings, as well as domestic matters cases, such as custody, child support, and divorce.
Director of Finance
The Director of Finance is responsible for maximizing the return on financial assets by assisting the Executive Director and Board of Directors to develop financial policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems. As a member of Enlace’s Leadership Team, this position ensures legal and regulatory compliance for all accounting and financial reporting functions. The Director of Finance also oversees cost and general accounting, accounts and grants receivable/collection, payroll, and risk management. In addition, this position oversees the Staff Accountant(s) & Human Resources Associate and the Office & Facilities Administrator.
Enlace receives grants from various local, state, and federal sources. Experience with fund accounting, grants management, fund accounting software (Enlace utilizes MIP), and overseeing audits under the Uniform Guidance (Single Audit) are a must.
Under the supervision of the Prevention Manager, the Outreach Facilitator will coordinate and co-facilitate the education/prevention classes. In addition, this position is responsible for connecting Enlace with the community through school liaisons with whom the prevention department works. Key duties include developing potential partnerships or methods for engagement with the local community; maintaining a calendar for prevention classes; and working closely with community partners to plan and execute various outreach events. This position will also train and engage participants in the prevention programs and provide necessary resources.

UNIDOS for Stronger Community (UNIDOS) is a network of community members, organizations and institutions working in the South Valley and Westgate areas of Bernalillo County working to increase equitable access to community resources in the South Valley and Westgate communities with an intention to decrease the adverse social determinants of health (SDoH), particularly the reduction of Intimate Partner Violence (IPV). The relationship between Rio Grande Community Development Corporation (the backbone organization for UNIDOS) and the successful offeror will be that of an independent contractor.
