Clinical Director

The Clinical Director directs and supervises Enlace Comunitario therapists, provides a range of psychological assessment, diagnostic, therapeutic, and/or case management-related services for children, adults, groups, and/or families, as appropriate to the specific expectations of the position. The Clinical Director provides leadership to the client advocate department and the clinical/therapy department. The Clinical Director may provide practical training and guidance to professional interns and/or paraprofessional staff, as required.

Client Workforce Advocate

As a member of Enlace’s Client Advocacy team, the Client Workforce Advocate will support adolescent and adult clients of domestic violence (DV) by: aligning them with educational and workforce development opportunities in the community; collaborating with clients in scoping their workplan-related objectives specific to workforce or educational advancement; referring clients to and implementing Enlace’s financial capability program, to help build clients’ long-term fiscal solvency and achieve self-sufficiency; and qualifying eligible clients, as well as eligible Enlace Promotoras and Youth Leaders, for short-term financial support (e.g., Emergency Rental Assistance Program [ERAP] support) as they address their DV situation and work to bring their employment or educational aspirations to fruition.

Staff Attorney

Under direction from the Legal Director, the Staff Attorney prepares legal research, gives legal advice, provides legal and policy analysis of case-related issues, and participates in Continuing Legal Education training.

Director of Finance

The Director of Finance is responsible for maximizing the return on financial assets by assisting the Executive Director and Board of Directors to develop financial policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems. As a member of Enlace’s Leadership Team, this position ensures legal and regulatory compliance for all accounting and financial reporting functions. The Director of Finance also oversees cost and general accounting, accounts and grants receivable/collection, payroll, and risk management. In addition, this position oversees the Staff Accountant(s) & Human Resources Associate and the Office & Facilities Administrator.

Enlace receives grants from various local, state, and federal sources. Experience with fund accounting, grants management, fund accounting software (Enlace utilizes MIP), and overseeing audits under the Uniform Guidance (Single Audit) are a must.

Outreach Facilitator

Under the supervision of the Prevention Manager, the Outreach Facilitator will coordinate and co-facilitate the education/prevention classes. In addition, this position is responsible for connecting Enlace with the community through school liaisons with whom the prevention department works. Key duties include developing potential partnerships or methods for engagement with the local community; maintaining a calendar for prevention classes; and working closely with community partners to plan and execute various outreach events. This position will also train and engage participants in the prevention programs and provide necessary resources.

Graduate Therapy Intern

The Graduate Therapy Intern’s primary responsibilities will include providing guided therapy services to children, adolescents, and adults who have been victims/survivors of domestic violence (DV); providing referrals to Enlace’s in-house services or community resources as necessary; managing a client caseload and coordinating therapy services in-person and virtually; and assisting with/facilitating therapeutic and/or didactic groups. Therapeutic services will be provided both on-site at Enlace’s facility and at partnering school sites—in collaboration with Enlace’s prevention department and school-specific ABC Community School Coordinators. Enlace is growing our presence in area schools within Bernalillo County and the Graduate Therapy Intern will play a key role in supporting students, parents, and community members who participate in Enlace’s on-campus services.

Communications & Marketing Associate

Under the direction of the Director of Advancement, the Communications & Marketing Associate (Associate) will play a pivotal role in building upon Enlace’s internal communications and external marketing activities. The Associate will work proactively with the fundraising, intervention, and prevention teams to ensure Enlace’s branded communications pieces are tailored to reach multiple audiences, while also ensuring our messaging for direct service departments remains client centered. The Associate will be the primary point of contact for all media inquiries and will use a variety of communications methods to grow Enlace’s public profile—including print and digital collateral, social media, e-marketing, radio, television, and advertising. Enlace’s services are multifaceted, and this new role within the agency is for a creative problem-solver who can pivot between projects while maintaining and building upon Enlace’s brand identity.
