Domestic violence can often limit individuals’ access to life-enhancing, necessary resources—such as medical care, assistive aids, and personal hygiene products. That’s why Enlace Comunitario is grateful to partner with Free Flow New Mexico, whose mission is to combat period poverty and menstruation stigma through six key programs focused on distribution and education.
Enlace hosts a Free Flow Period Pod, which contains curated kits of period supplies that can support an individual for a month. These kits are free at all Period Pod locations, including the Period Pod at Enlace. Enlace’s Period Pod is available for any community member in need during regular business hours; our Pod is restocked regularly, and there is no need to check in to receive a kit—it is fully accessible and anonymous.

Youth Leaders
Our Youth Leaders program allows participants to build their leadership and networking skills while promoting healthy, gender-affirming relationships amongst their peers.
Voces Unidas
Our drop-in domestic violence education and support group serves Spanish-speaking survivors.
Promotoras
Through this program, former client survivors of domestic violence are trained to become community health leaders and educators.
Prevention Classes
We offer classes for families who are at high risk of experiencing domestic violence.
