Grievances and Suggestions
Enlace Comunitario (EC) clients are encouraged to make grievances if they are unhappy with services.
EC cares about client experience in our program and we want to hear from clients if they have a grievance or concern. We support an open communication policy and encourage using various problem solving methods. Clients can report concerns or problems without fear of services being denied or reduced as a result of your concerns and without fear of mistreatment.
We encourage clients to attempt to resolve concerns with the staff person, volunteer, or the manager of the program directly and promptly.
If clients do not feel safe addressing the conflict with that person directly, we encourage them to communicate directly with that person’s supervisor.
If they are not satisfied with the outcome of that discussion or if attempts to address her concerns are not resolved to her satisfaction, clients have the option of filing a formal grievance with the Executive Director.
If the grievance is about the Executive Director, it should be mailed to the Board of Directors at:
Eduardo Martinez, Board President
Address: 175 Thunder Mountain Rd, Edgewood, NM 87015
Additionally, clients may contact the Crime Victims Reparations Commission (CVRC), as a funder, with any grievances.
The grievance policy is posted in Spanish in the reception area.
