A Clinical Supervisor that directs and supervise Enlace Comunitario’s counselors and therapists, provides a range of psychological assessment, therapeutic, and/or case management services for children, women, groups, and/or families, as appropriate to the specific expectations of the position. Serves as part of Enlace Comunitario’s senior leadership team and provides leadership to case management department and the counseling department. May provide practical training and guidance to students and/or paraprofessional staff, as required.
A Staff Accountant performs general accounting functions of preparing and recording journal entries, account analysis and reconciliation, and accounting research. The Staff Accountant is responsible for the functions of payroll, contract billing and daily accounting for Enlace Comunitario and works closely with all staff, Executive Director and Finance Director on a wide range of financial and administrative issues.

Under supervision, the Children’s Life Skills Facilitator performs a variety of support services with a focus on assisting with children’s programs. The primary duties include providing supervised-structured activities to children while mothers are with other staff members. May also preform duties involving administrative support.
Under general supervision of the Domestic Violence Prevention Director, the Youth Leaders Coordinator is in charge of the development, implementation and oversight of Violence Prevention Youth Leadership Project.
A Case Manager provides comprehensive case management for adults, children or adolescent victims of domestic violence, and their families, to improve quality of life, empower and maintain the highest possible ability to function within the community.
Enlace Comunitario is currently recruiting a VISTA member to join our team. VISTA members work behind the scenes to assist us in strengthening our current programs through fundraising, volunteer recruitment, event planning, and educational programming.
