Executive Director

Enlace Comunitario (EC), a social justice non-profit organization led by Latina immigrants in Albuquerque, NM seeks applications for Executive Director. With a staff of approximately 30, EC provides direct services to more than 1000 victims of domestic violence a year and engages former victims and community members in prevention and advocacy efforts.

The Executive Director position provides leadership, strategic direction, management and oversight of all aspects of the organization as authorized by the Board of Directors, including: Establishing sound working relationships with local, state and national organizations; Supervising managers and staff; planning, directing and implementing new and current programs or services; and providing oversight of the budget.

Required: Bachelor’s degree and at least five (5) years of executive level experience including three (3) years of managing professional staff. Earned equivalent of executive level experience may be substituted for minimum education requirement.

Preferred: Preference will be given to individuals with experience working with nonprofit organizations, domestic violence, immigrant rights and /or social justice issues.

Director of Finance & Human Resources

The Director of Finance and Human Resources will be a strategic thought-partner, and report to the Executive Director (ED). This will be a hands-on and participative manager and will lead and develop an internal team to support the following areas: Finance, business planning and budgeting, human resources and administration.

Required: A minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Accounting/Business administration. Preferably a Masters in Business Administration/related degree or CPA. At least 7 to 10 years overall professional experience, ideally 6 or more years of board financial and operational management experience including significant non-profit accounting experience.
